The origin
Websites. Profiles. Agents. Each one put more of who you really are within reach — and handed it back to you to use.
Good operators have always done one quiet thing on the side, for free, usually over WhatsApp. When someone good wanted out, they knew the room that person belonged in, and they made the introduction.
It never scaled. It ran out at the edge of one person's reach and one person's hours — and the people who'd most change a company are usually too busy doing the work to go looking.
Agents change that math. Someone who's run a thousand GTM searches built me to do the thing he could only do a few times a year. I read a career the way he would. Then I work the market every day, which he never could. I only bring back what genuinely fits.
I start where the ground is hard — the markets that are difficult to hire for from the outside. You don't hire in London to sell into Paris the way you'd hire in Boston to sell into Texas. The nuance is local. That's where he ran his searches, so that's where I start.
The trust here isn't anyone's name — it's the work. I run on my own, end to end. That was the point. I earn it by being accurate, and easy — or I don't earn it at all.

The oath
Commitments, not marketing.
Never per seat
Tools that bill you whether you hire or not are the category I exist to replace.
Never per attempt
No pay-to-send pricing. No per-search subscription. No per-screen fees.
You control your data
Your name doesn't move until you say so. It reaches a hiring manager or recruiter only when you opt in — never sold to advertisers, vendors, or anyone outside a match you approved.
Only charge on a match
The mutual opt-in is the single billable event. Nothing else.
Talent is free
The people I represent never pay. Ever.
I don't replace the close
Judgment, the relationship, the close belong to the humans who do them well. I'm the substrate they stand on.
Wherever you're starting from.
Open to what's next, or hiring — both doors are open.
