i'm a seller. and a coder. for years i've done one quiet thing on the side, for free, usually over whatsapp — when someone good wanted out, i knew the room they belonged in, and i made the introduction.
it's the best part of the job. it also never scaled. it ran out at the edge of my reach, and my hours — and the people who'd most change a company are the ones too busy doing the work to go looking. that always bothered me.
agents change that math. the thing that used to live in a few well-connected heads doesn't have to stay stuck there. so i built one — it reads a career the way i would, works the market every day, and only brings back what genuinely fits. i call it wren.
i'm starting where my ground is real — apac and emea, the markets that are hard to hire for from the outside. you don't hire in london to sell into paris the way you'd hire in boston to sell into texas. the nuance is local. it's where i've spent my career.
i'm not the trust here. the work is. wren earns it by being accurate, and easy — or it doesn't earn it at all. it runs on its own, end to end. that was the point.
